I think this is a big game changer and is only the beginning for these devices. What we are seeing here is the future of computing. No one would have thought this was possible 20 years ago. We were living in the stone age 20 years ago so the future can only get brighter. Certain government agencies are now using drugs to make the human brain think faster and become more creative. The only problem is that people go insane after a while on these brain drug inhancers.

iWork is the Microsoft suite equivlent for mac. It comes with Pages (aka Microsoft Word), Numbers (aka I think Excel, never used it tbh), and Keynote (aka Powerpoint) so yes you can use Keynote to make a presentation.
