The iPad 2 is a third thinner than its predecessor, which means it’s even thinner than the iPhone 4. With its improvements, the iPad 2 will have a same battery life, storage and pricing as the older iPad, starting at $499.

After denying that it was tracking users, Apple has released a patch which prevents the iPhone and iPad keeping track of the owner’s movements.
